Inside Sales Representative for HUNGARIAN market

Do you want to work with people and show your sales talent? Can you manage difficult situations with focus on the outcome? If your answer is yes, we offer you the opportunity to work for a market leader, an international growing company FLEETCOR. 

This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making a variety of calls including some inbound and outbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.


Your responsibilities 

- The acquisition of new partners and customers by the phone

- Customer relationship management

- Customer care throughout the process of cooperation

- Work with internal CRM system (Salesforce)  - handling customer requests, entering changes into the system, etc.             

- Deliver high quality calls and written communications with customers to required standards 

- Propose customer focused solutions 

- Maximize conversion rates of data and leads within KPIs and SLAs

- Create a positive working environment, demonstrating FLEETCOR core values and professional behaviors

- Other duties from time to time as directed by the Sales Management team 

We require

- Secondary education
- Experience in selling (inbound and outbound) over the phone with demonstrable results
- Language skills: Hungarian on a native level and communicative English (Slovakian a huge advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in personal and telephone conversations and written communications
- Proactive approach in dealing with new situations and high motivation
- Team spirit
- Good computer skills

Chief Accountant

Summary

The CHIEF ACCOUNTANT leads the accounting department and is responsible that company’s accounting is in line with the valid legislation. He / she is responsible for the correct and on-time preparation and execution of the monthly and annual closures, creation of the accounting methodology. He / she cooperates with company‘s tax advisors and leads the accounting team and its agenda.

Job duties:

  • Responsible for company’s accounting in the Czech Rep. and Slovakia, including consolidation and re-invoicing for the parental company
  • Handling the tax return process for both Czech and Slovakian branch (VAT/DPH, KH, SH, DPPO, road tax, INTRASTAT)
  • Handling the statistical records and reporting to the parental company
  • Responsible for the specific tax agenda (payment, correction etc.)
  • Responsible for the correct and on-time preparation and execution of the regular closures and responsibility for the entrusted property
  • Creation of policies related to accounting
  • Control and authorization of payments
  • Monitoring of legislation changes and updates of accounting procedures
  • Cooperation with auditors (external, internal), tax advisors and specific state authorities (customs authorities, financial authorities etc.)
  • Cooperation with the IT (FEIS) and finance invoicing SW (GFN) providers
  • Leading the accounting team (6-10 accountants)

Requirements and qualification:

  • Knowledge and experience in Czech and Slovak accounting and Tax regulations, eventually IFRS
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation and basic knowledge of other relevant legislation, which have impact on the accounting and tax agenda
  • Basic knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IAS
  • Relevant experience in similar position of 5 years at least, overall experience in finance of 10 years
  • Active English a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.), accounting systems
  • Experience with leading a team
  • University/high school education in economics/finance

Senior Financial Controller

The Senior Financial Controller participates in creation and maintenance of the controlling system and in activities leading to the compilation of company plans. The role is crucial during the monthly closures and their preparation, it also includes the reporting to the parent company.

Job description:

  • Responsible for managerial accounting (monthly closings) of companies in Czech Republic and Slovakia, including consolidations (CAS, IFRS, US GAAP)
  • Reporting to the parent company, including planning and monitoring of discrepancies during the year, communication with local and corporate management
  • Coordination and preparation of company’s finance plan
  • Processing of finance models within the company
  • Responsible for the re-invoicing process to the parent company
  • Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and finance or customs authorities and state administration; cooperation with internal auditors (SOX)
  • Providing different financial analysis for company’s management, close cooperation
  • Cooperation with the IT provider of company’s accounting and invoicing software
  • Responsible for the invoicing-check in company’s billing systems, including all corrections and re-invoicing
  • Responsible the controlling agenda, leading a small team of controllers
  • Reports to local Finance Director

Requirements and qualification:

  • Knowledge and experience in Czech and Slovak accounting and Tax regulations, eventually IFRS
  • Knowledge and experience with US GAAP
  • Relevant experience in similar position of 5 years at least
  • Active English a must
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / MS Access; knowledge of IS FEIS or GFN an advantage

Customer Service with French

FLEETCOR is looking for new colleagues, whose role will be:

• Providing complete customer service on the passive customer service phone line
• E-mail communication with customers
