Inside Sales Representative with Czech/Slovak language

The job:

• Develop an enthusiastic relationship with an assigned portfolio of clients as well as interested (warm leads) SME customers

• Make dozens of contacts (phone, email, & web) per day, develop strong relationships with clients, detect opportunities, qualify prospects, build a pipeline, and close sales

• Build solutions tailored to customer needs by engaging internally with sales operations, customer care, finance, & credit to achieve objectives and deliver positive customer experiences

• Keep up to date with industry trends and use the acquired knowledge to help resolve customer challenges


• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar position, preferably (but not limited to) experience with B2B account management, up-selling, cross-selling, building strong relationships with clients, telesales, and from the technology or payment solutions industry

• Ability and knowledge of how to manage a large portfolio of existing clients

• Ability to handle full sales cycle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be organized and computer literate

• Native/fluent Czech/Slovak

• Intermediate or better English


• 50.000 CZK/month (meeting standard sales targets)
