FLEETCOR: Marketing E-commerce Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business during a period of real growth and make a significant impact from day one. This is a dynamic role where you will be leading on the development of our marketing communications, across a wide range of channels and platforms, with the aim of driving lead generation and sales for the business.  
 
The role:
  • Be the owner of lead generation and nurturing
  • Improve our email automation campaigns for sales (priority) and also for the customer base
  • Plan and implement communication campaigns, including developing content
  • Test and review performance, improving the running of future campaigns
  • Work across Emarsys & Salesforce.com platforms
  • Work collaboratively with internal clients to deliver combined activities
  • Oversee the day-to-day use of the marketing communications budget
  • Where necessary organize work with agencies and adjacent teams.
KPIs:
  • Increase conversion rate of sales funnel
  • Improve lost sales opportunities
  • Reduce churn, improving retention
  • Increase product usage.
 
Profile:
  • Marketing communication (mainly email) experience at least 1 to 5 year
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good with numbers, capable to put in perspective effect of tactical work on strategic goal
  • Exposure to email automation tools & CRM systems
  • Responsible, capable of being an owner of a business area with a big impact
  • Pro-active 
  • English and CZ/SK or PL speaker, HU is a plus
  • Start day 1.9.2017 the latest.
